Teaming Approach
TemplatePlazza is using a teaming approach to its system
workflow.
What does it means?
It means you don’t have to do all the
task by your self. You can assign team member to do specific
task such as support, updating files, moderatoring discussion
etc
TemplatePlazza system allows you to add up to 10 special
members / per item to have unique permissions to the item.
You define your self whether they are able to add, edit, delete
items, images, discussion, pings etc

With TemplatePlazza you don’t need to re-invent the necessary tool when selling item/service. We provide all tools you need to sell your item. Each item come with :
- Discussion (Forum) for you to support your customer easier
- Ping - Imagine it as Twiiter for your item. So you can send the update message to item pings follower (your customer)
- Coupon Code generator Want to create special Halloween event with special Coupon Code? Yes. You can. Simply generate a Coupon Code for your item

Don't like other traditional marketplace? We give GPL Developer a flexibility to define their own selling model.
Currently we have 3 types of item :
- Regular Item - This item has 2 pricing options, Standard and Extended. Best for selling templates, Artworks, etc
- Subscription Based - This item has 4 pricing options : 2 Days Subscription, 4 Months Subscription, 1 year Subscription, Lifetime Subscription. Great for selling Joomla extensions or WP plugins support
- Free Item You can use this type if you want TemplatePlazza to host your 100% free item files
Child Item Support
Yes you can sell child item of any item. For example, you can sell addon for your own Joomla extension. By changing the parent item, your item will be listed in the parent item as a child item. This is good to attract parent item customer to purchase the child item.
Flexible and Competitive Share
By default we provide "You get 60% - We get 40%" share percentage for non exclusive item and "You get 70% - We get 30%" for exclusive items. But this is not the final. You show us your great work, explain us why your item worth more share percentage, then if it's acceptable, go ahead! You got our special exception. It's fully flexible

Yes we need you to register to our website to be able to download any quality free item from our website. It will spend you only about 1 minutes to register. We even provide faster option by login using your Facebook or Twitter Account
Flexible Payment Model
We provide two payment options to choose when you are interested to purchase an item. You can buy a single item and checkout directly to Paypal or alternatively you can make deposit first, to avoid additional $2 fee when using Direct Paypal Checkout option.

Q : How do sellers/authors get paid?
A : You can request a payout to a Paypal account. Payments are processed at the end of each calendar month and paid out on the 15th of the following month.
Q : Do you have a referral program?
A: Yes, if you refer a new member, you get 20% of their first bought item, whether they buy your file or someone else’s.
Q : Can I post coupons so buyers get discounted price on my items?
A : Yes you can provide coupon code for any of your item and blog about it somewhere.
Q : Do I retain the rights to my own file?
A : Yes, it’s your file. We just provide a venue to sell it.
Q : Are items reviewed or will you accept anything?
A: Each file goes through a reviewing process to make sure the design or coding quality is top notch. This will make buyers choose our marketplaces over those that accept lower quality files.
Q : Am I responsible for copyright violations in files I’ve submitted?
A : As the author, it’s your responsibility to make sure you’re not violating anyone’s copyright by uploading your file. So you have to be sure if you’re allowed to use any images, css, codes etc. within your file.
Q : Am I required to support the files I upload?
A : We're asking you to provide support of your items. Yes it's required. This is a great way to ensure repeat business from buyers. The good news is you can authorize someone as a support or someone who responsible managing file updates in one account.
Q : Is it me or you who determines the price of my file?
A : All files are priced by you the author. Keep in mind that 30% or 40% of that price is our commission.
Interested to join as a Seller?
Becoming an Author is as easy as the following steps:
After you register and log in for the first time, you will be redirected to your Dashboard with your photo thumbnail, address, Manage menu etc. Your default status at this point is still as a member who can only buy items.
At the middle left side, there are group of tabs titled My Download(s), MyItem(s) and Special Item Access.
If you decided to become a seller in the first place, you need to fill up a Seller Application Form.
You can find a link to that form when you click MyItem(s) tab.
Go on fill the form and submit it.
Your Seller Application submission will be reviewed by TP staff and approval/non-approval email will be sent to you.
After you successfully accepted as an Author, go to your Dashboard page. In the Manage menu button at the middle top right side, there will be a new group menu called Seller Menus on where you can manage your items by clicking Manage Items menu.
In the next page, you will see an action button called Add New Item. There you go, you can see the form to know what needs to be prepared when submitting an item. Go to that route again when your item is ready to be submitted.
Your item will go through a reviewing process to make sure the design or coding quality is top notch and we will notify you when it’s approved, disapproved or banned.
