Did I miss something? Is this not a direct mod install? I try to install the mod per usual in the install/uninstall back end and it can't find the xml. I get the error:

XML Parsing Error at 1:30. Error 18: unknown encoding
JInstaller::install: Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.
Unable to detect manifest file

I tried to view the install swf, but the link didn't produce provide anything. Is the video still active.

and then try to install with this file
