Did the auto_open once bug get fixed? 9 Months, 2 Weeks ago

although I set the auto_open to "once", it still peels every reload of the page. I am using IE-7. shouldn't this bug be already fixed? or am I missing something here?

Oh, forgot to mention, I am using the latest download version for joomla1.5. The auto_open featured can be disabled, but if I enable auto open and set it to "once", it still peels every refresh of the page. Is there anyway I can fix this? I really like to have auto-open on, but would like to have it peel once too. Otherwise it is kind of annnoying to our site visitors..
