If it's working on your other joomla site, so it should be working too on your joomla site now.

maybe any lost or false with your joomla site, please check its, but i'm not sure, because you ever try that in other joomla site and it's success. so the trouble is not from that module.

Like Rony said if it works in one site and the parameters are exactly (make sure of this) the same it should work as well in other site!

Regardless of whether it works on one site and not the other - don't you think it is odd that it is saying that there are no users to show? Even when you are online and logged in yourself?

If there was no picture set, then it would just show the name. The really odd thing is that ONLY the who's online now option doesn't work. The other options (last logged in, random, etc) all work perfectly.

Is there anything else I can send you to get a better picture of this?
