Ok I sent a ticket to support but haven't heard anything. I purchased a membership from:
services (at) adtasticservices (dot) com
and cannot seem to login now says I dont exist. Well l thought I typed my username correctly, maybe not since I don't seem to know my own name and the system as you know doesn't provide recovery of your name if you lose it so then you are kinda screwed and not in a good way screwed if you know what I mean...
Help please.....!!

Yes I did contact them twice so far now in 24 hours and have not had an answer back.

Well, still haven't heard anything and sent another message to support this morning. Are they on holiday or a 9-5 mon-fri schedule or something? Seems like a 2 minute simple fix and its frustrating because my project is on hold.

Well its been two days since I wrote this post and going on three days now since I first contacted support and haven't heard a word. Are they just really, really slow or support is very lax?

well I just sent support another email message since I haven't heard anything in three days, not a peep. If I dont hear something by the end of business tomorrow I will just have to file with paypal for my money back I suppose.
