Can someone tell me how the component works ?

I installed it but it seems to work not like getafreelancer because if a buyer wants to choose a freelancer for his project there has to be the minimum balance of the bidding the freelancer has done...if the buyer has not enough balance for the freelancers bidding he can not choose him.

So the tp lancer admin has to act just like a bank and buyers have to raise their balance at first and then choose the freelancer ? What about sign up bonus - if a buyer wants to pay a freelancer he can use the sign up bonus, too for payment ???

At last I can not see that freelancers are charged for some fees if they bid or win an auction..

Is there a documentation available how the component is working ?

I´m a returning customer and installed the Component some time ago. now I´m checking the faetures and can not get any information how the component works.

Posting in the correct forum is only possible if i buy a subs. plan....the version ist still the same - so i only need a description of the functions.
