Well, I guess you would just have to choose "Select Menu Item(s) from the List" -> Home (under mainmenu). You can find that in the "Menu Assignment" section of the moopopup module configuration.

By the way, how can you manage to display this module as a popup? In which position did you publish your module?

The module breaks if you change the size of the box. It will no longer popup once you break it. You have to uninstall it and reinstall it to get it working again. Leave the size as is and it should popup as intended.
