you can find it in the module folder ...modules/mod_moopopup/moopopup/moomessagebox.js

Under the moopopup folder where it is installed. You will find an images folder. Here there are files named bg_head.png, etc. Each of this are connected to a specific style you choose. If you open up the image full screen, you will see the logo on the right. Edit the image, eg, erase the area of the logo and you will then change the logo to whatever you want. This is what zoomlanski was referring to above. It is helpful if any form of coding is not something you wish to do.

It works the way you told.

Just that you need to remove it twice from the same file as it appears twice.
