livinproof	I am using the magazine template for my web site redesign of http://blackchicagoonline.net/bco/ . I cannot figure out how to change the color of the top line of the template. I looked at the design.psd but this was no help and I do not see where to make this change and this image is not in the images folder. I included a photo. thanks Jimmy
