And sorry, from the sight of a customer, a client and person who wants a loan, I would never use your services when you state out "I want to show my clients the top 5 programs that make me successful!" but want to hear "These are the top 5 loan products that really make my clients prosper!" This comes like, "YOU my bitches, make ME successful!" You can think like that, no issues about that attitude, but customers should not feel like that...
Just some tips from an insider.
There is nothing wrong with saying I am very successful in marketing these programs to customers & we can go all day back and forth over this topic, so please lets just end it here! I really appreciate your comments on this topic, you said what I wanted to hear "I like the personal approach to customers".
Thanks a lot for your comments. |

When ever I go to a mortgage website it is always a mixed message with why to much information, customers don't understand what your trying to do. This why you can focus their attention to just some of the many products that can help them!
So that is why I'm designing this site to have a more personal approach to the mortgage website.

I like the personal approach to customers but customers mostly really want to be customers and when they see less information on a site than on the other they say, "Why does this guy only have 5 loan programs where my other brokers have 30 for each loan scenario??? I better go back to the other broker, phh!" Also when they just said.. "Hey, so many information on one site, I do not know if I can handle all that, ouch..." they will go back to them.
I do not want to make the site bad, the site is great and also your intentions, I simply come with what the others on a large table in the Manhattan Office would come when even the big boss would say "I now want to approach my customers in a completely new way!"
You should never stop your work like you do, but loans and style is a bad combination. |
