Robert Cowe You only have to look at the support forums and see the amount of unanswered posts for help,
and the lack of response from TP staff.

A quick note in a post saying:

"You have raised a problem that hasn't cropped up before, please be patient while we look into it"

is better than totally ignoring posts.

Don't get me wrong. Your templates are first class and I can't say I have ever seen better.

I just think you let yourselves down a bit with the lack of technical response on the forum

Unfortunately, its seems to have slipped your minds altogether :(

How to you figure? I check these Forums several times a day, every day - and I am consistently seeing both TP Staff and Members trying to help others with issues as best they can. You have to understand, there may be issues that come up that may not have an easy solution and/or that any of us may have an answer/solution for.

Please don't confuse such with customer service "slipping their minds all together."
There is a significant difference.

Andy Sikumbang Nick,
Did you mean : http://demo.templateplazza.com ?
Nick Crossman Whilst the templates are generally good, the only way that I can see to look at a template is to download and install on site - not great when you are looking for a particular style.

A demo server would be the answer to see templates in action. You would also get more members this way as others could see the quality templates.

RavenLife This is actually another fireboard bug

(Are we not all sick of fb yet?)

but maybe you guys could widen your forum a little, so that when users post long links they dont push the post to the left and right,

it makes it rather difficult to read the back end of sentences when it is over the green background.

or alternatively you could hack FB and shorten any links that are posted

but that would be the more difficult of the 2 options

thats about it from me
