sikumbang Our apologize for this inconvenience Billy. Theres an auto-notification problem between 2co and our server before, but it has already fixed now

I really do need a resolution, I have a very unhappy customer who I'm going to lose if I don't get his site sorted soon

BillyC That's all very well but I'm trying to run a business here.
I have a customer that wants to see a demo of their site today or I lose the contract!

There ws nothing during the purchase process to indicate my account wouldn't be validated for 24hrs.

I've never had to wait for my card to be checked before. And the money has already come out of my account (which contradicts what I was told when trying to login to my account) and I have nothing for it.

This is 2008, everything is open 24/7 and Template Plazza should get with the times.
It seems from browsing these forums, I'm not the only unhappy customer.
Template Plazza need to update the way they handle purchases and payments, as I said this is 2008.
It's a shame really, as I really like the work they do.

But if this isn't resolved soon I will buy somewhere else, there's plenty out there!

Sorry if this seems unreasonable but I have customers to keep happy, Shame TP don';t share my view.

Wid[otakkiri] i think you should be more patient ... i guess our administrator is working to create your account immediately after your payment approve. sometimes there are some problem on 2CO on that process ... thanks for your understanding ...
