I am still getting that error, even though the Module appears to display correctly.

MiniFrontPage version 1.2.1 in Joomla 1.5.3 throws these PHP errors every time it loads:

Undefined variable: offset in /modules/mod_minifrontpage/tmpl/default.php on line 60

Code:

Trying to get property of non-object /modules/mod_minifrontpage/helper.php on line 476

Any ideas on how I might trace the source?

I have no idea how I fixed it, but when I installed other modules next to the minifrontpage, the error messages disappeared.

Paul Joseph Neilson I have just migrated a site to Joomla 1.5 and upgraded the Mini Frontpage module to the 1.5 version as well.
I did everything the same as in the previous installation and it all worked except I get this message repeated 12 times above the module when I call it up:

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /public_html/central/modules/mod_minifrontpage/helper.php on line 479

the url is http://permaculture.com.au/central

I have turned the module off til i can solve the problem.

Can you help or advise me please? I havent done anything different that I can see
