Hi All. I am creating a new business venture and want to use Directory Plazza as the base. I want it to look different and I will create the graphic elements as necessary. What I need is a talented Joomla person to take my vision and create the necessary templates as necessary. I've messed around with this for a while and am giving up. Sell your strengths and buy your weaknesses.

I need to get some initial ballpark figures for the core template creation and associated directory listings templates. It can be really rough right now as I'm just starting to wrap my head around the design.

Any assistance at this point will be greatly appreciated.
