I need a Joomla expert who is well versed in Template Plazza to build a site for me...

it will be a 'Portal type site [using Bulletin Plazza] and needs to have Directory Plazza built into it as I intend to have a business directory within the nain site and the Directory Plazza offers the type of automated functionality I am looking for.

I will provide screenshots of how I want the main {bulletin Plazza] site to look like.

I really need someone who knows this product inside out and who can give guidance as well as follow my instructions.
