Oh, and as Ricardo very aptly indicated above - good luck on trying to get the kind of support you need for TP templates on the warez sites. Most of them can't handle tasks beyond clicking a "download" button.

I already replied to this in the other thread in which you posted the same question. The May 2008 template release is PropertyPlazza and it has already been released.
