dubey, thank you for your notice. It's just a temporary error. We're actually still working with several implementation on our new server for better security and improvement. I think it will not specificly happened to your site dubey. We're just trying to apply more harden folder permission into our server, in order to make it more secure ( I'am abit more paranoid after the hacker attack last week

). And it was just not really working properly.
Btw if you want to make your site secure please don't forget to check this joomla security check list
