Page Peel Banner and IE7 not showing in content 3 Months, 2 Weeks ago
Now it is not showing in content pages when using IE7. With Firefox there is no problem.

Hmmm....

Hello,

I have the same problem and found this simple solution eventhough it's a temporary solution and not user friendly. If you're like me and need the Page not to peel onload you can hack the /tmpl/default.php with the following:

Comment out // the following lines:

21 and 22
100
103
134 and 135

Again it would be better to find a permanent solution to be able to control these setting within the control panel however, if you are in a hurry you can try this hack.

Hope this helps

my problem is that i need the peel to open ONLY ONCE. Is that the case of your hack?

No Sorry, because it's this particular setting that is creating the problem.

You might consider this methodology for now since the tab at the corner is visible enough to make visitors hover on it. Much better than having the page peel all the time (which becomes annoying) and for it to not show up on some page. Just a thought.

that´s no the problem related in this post. Here my peel works fine. If i configure it to not auto open, it will not auto open, this is ok... the problem is that if i choose to open once in auto open, it will no open once, but on every reload

I then apologize.... eventhough I have the settings set to not auto open, it will keep on opening in IE7 for me and not show up on other pages.

I believe that earlier in this thread an individual had this particular problem. Sorry this hack didn't help you.
