I have some years of Joomla! and before discover TemplatePlazza i have accounts with the others Joomla! Template Porvides you see before.
What can i say is that sometimes we need help and normaly we want that the people who wrote the code or have more hability with this help us... but... sometimes there is a small and frustanting response: "see the code and do the changes"???
In TemplatePlazza there is a very very big help to all the customers. If you have some some question they dont tell you to solve the problem (because if you can solve the problem you dont ask...
) the~y ask you the links and the code and they solve the problem...
... and explain you how did they solve!
Compability
If you look arround you can see that other Joomla! template providers have a lot of compability issues... because there use a lot of JavaScript that can affect some components.
In TemplatePlazza no! There is a good structured code that in most cases have not any compability issues.

Ok there is my opinion and not facts like before...
I think this is surely the best Joomla! Template Provider...
They think in the customer when they are doing the templates and they cleary know that sometimes the help and support is everything...
