May be I am missing something, What I did is downloaded, installed, go to plugin manager and enabled it.

Then tryied to write on WYSIWIG editor, Tiny MCE (default of JOOMLA)

But I am not getting this, even in this page , I try writing

oops, here it is working, it did not work when i copy paste the code but worked when I typed myself, and in my site still not working..is there anything other than plugin manger to enable?

try to check its
from your Back-end area, choose Mambots > Site Mambots. then at Mambot Manager [ Site ][/b], you can find Xtypo, please make sure that this plugiMambot Manager [ Site ], you can find Xtypo, please make sure that this plugin is Published.

In my back end (admin area) there is no mambot manger but plugin or module manager . and in plug in manager I have enabled X typo, there is no publish button. I am so lost.
