The same behavior also happens with my site. It only opens once with Firefox but with IE7 it opens every reload. My site, www.unsapa.com.

Nope. It is still loading every reload and not following the settings. I set it to open after 20secs since i am struggling with slow home page loads in IE7, not so with FF. Anybody can point me to the right direction to correct slow page reloads with IE7?

Now it is not showing in content pages when using IE7. With Firefox there is no problem.
