Sorry,
doesn't look as good as I expected it with the Code-Tag. But i hope, you see the point.

So here it is again:

[...]".$borderbotcolor_alert."; height:100%; \">***code***</p>","#[...]

Just add the height:100%; in all the arrays where you need it.

Regards from Berlin

Martin

I am sick and tired of companies such as Template Plazza releasing badly written 'free' add-on for Joomla which they then do not support.

These companies use these freebies to bring attention to their commercial products. Well I for one am taking a stand and I urge other to follow suit. Do not use Template Plazza and recommend that others do not also.

I have been involved with Open Source software for MANY year. I have written add-ons for several very good pieces of open source software and have supported users and taken on-board comments, suggestions and requests for help.

Releasing CRAP add-ons isn't acceptable. I have a similar problem with JoomlArt at the moment who are refusing to deal with a layout issue on the now standard JA_PURITY template (standard is as much as it is now bundled with J 1.5)

Get your act together or get out!

Martin, thank you for your time and effort to report your findings, unfortunately your fix did not work for me.

Paul, let's take a look using another side will you.

You have many years of experience playing around on the open source world. I bet you're good in coding. So, why don't you digg more deeply to resolve your xtypo issue by yourself and then you can help people out there who need to use this FREE addons and have the same problem like you. It's better then provocating people around. It will be an added value and we know you're one of the open source guru's especially in Joomla world.

Tell us, do you have some free addons published for the Joomlasphere?

I have released FREE add-ons for PHP-NUKE, but as I have only just started with Joomla. Give it time and a need and I will release something I am sure.

Now, if TemplatePlazza weren't commercial and making money out of Joomla add-ons I would spend the time trying to fix this and publish my fix, however I refuse to assist Template Plazza further line their pockets by fixing a product they should fix as it is, as I stated earlier, a tool, a mechanism to draw attention to their commercial products.

So to others, there are many other ways to do this, in fact I am actually prefer to recommend that other spend their money on either buying or subscribing to a template site (Other than template plaza of course) for a template that includes typography that you like (and verify it work in all browsers). Then just look at the CSS pages to see how it is made up. Simple, you don't need plugins.

In fact I am now using typography from free templates found elsewhere

So please don't attempt to twist this, don't make out that Template Plaza are to be praised for their work - They contributions are empty gestures definately NOT in the spirit of open source
