There's two types of licence available :

• 6 Month Personal Licence
  With this licence, TemplatePlazza grants you rights to use templates accessed from TemplatePlazza.com on your websites, company, personal, community limited for 2 domain only

• 1 Year Personal Licence
  With this licence, TemplatePlazza grants you rights to use templates accessed from TemplatePlazza.com on your websites, company, personal, community limited for 4 domain only
  
  
• 1 Year Developer Licence
  With this licence, TemplatePlazza grants you right to use templates accessed from TemplatePlazza.com for you and your client sites with no limits domain as long as the usage complies with the rest of the Terms & Conditions and your membership is up to date.

MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any modifications to the product for your own purposes or integrate specific features

UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Us

ASSIGNABILITY
You can not sub-license, redistribute, resell, assign or transfer license of Template Club subscription, or its associated files to anyone else without prior written consent from us.

OWNERSHIP
All template are subject to copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified

REFUND POLICY 

Since we are offering non-tangible goods, we do not issue refunds after the membership made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing membership at our site.

PRIVACY POLICY
Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product and addressing any customer service issues

TemplatePlazza products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind - either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Payment of membership subscription fees indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
