Database Error after installing related items extended

Hi ,

I just installed the related items extended module.

But the extension is not working. I get this error. What could this mean?

Hi, hmm strange it should be already fixed in the latest version. Can you tell me what Joomla version you use? Is it Joomla 3.x or 2.5x? Also can you check what related item module version do you use?
Can you try to use the attached version below?

The latest version of related items xtd module is released 5 days ago. To make it sure, could you try to redownload and reinstall the module again?

I bought and installed it monday ... that is less then 5 days ago.

Do you have another solution for this problem? As I also paid for this module..

What kind of support is given to paid extensions?

Hmm ok. Is it possible for you to provide temporary administrator access to your website so I can check and try to fix it ?because I'm still unable to replicate the problem at my end (please see https://www.dropbox.com/s/we3kgpdwmvolazh/rlecheck.mp4?dl=0 )
If it's possible you can enter the details using the "You Site Details" tab below. Only support team who are able to see that.

Hi stof, you can publish the module on any position after main body/content or you can call the module by using load position method

Then the best method is to publish your module in any module position located after your main-content. Does your template have a module position that is located after your main content section?
