Social stream not updating posts

social stream is not updating when new things are posted on the networks, it seems to only be showing things posted from ages ago.

Could you take a look for me thanks!

It is now just hanging with the loader and not showing anything.

Also I purchased menu2panel and this isn't showing up in my single purchase downloads page.

Hi Outtherechris, We're sorry for no answer. We missed your post :(
Regarding the social stream, can you tell me what stream is currently used? Is it RSS or facebook?

Also I purchased menu2panel and this isn't showing up in my single purchase downloads page.

Did you make a purchase in between 17 Feb to 1 April 2013? If so please contact us using the contact us page. We experienced a server failure a month ago (https://www.templateplazza.com/blog/entry/hardware-failure-event-at-our-server)

Hmm really strange. Looks like not thumbnail plugin is not the reason of the error because I still see the jquery error in the console (see attachment).

Are you sure you didn't make any changes / install anything before this problem?

Okay, it worked on the second site but with the same issue.

I've re-installed on OTD again. I've narrowed it down to being something to do with Facebook, if that is enabled the social mod wont pass the loading bar, i've tried page ID (numbered from edit page as well as user the user defined but still nothing.

Any idea what it could be?

    Many thanks!

    Hi outtherere chris,
Yes I confirm this issue. Looks like this is because of the new Facebook API rules that is now require a token when someone trying to access FB content.
Social stream is very dependent to jquery socialist plugin which is now not actively developed so we have to say that there's no solution at the moment.
I have pulled off Social Stream from the download/sales page now, and will republish it again when we found the solution.
Please use the contact us page to get a refund. Really sorry for this inconvenience :(
