The {loadposition} or {loadmodule} tag to present inside article so that it is above comments is not working

It just hangs and I get a Gateway Timeout Error: The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

This is for mini frontpage, by the way it works on non hidden menu items and their children, but the menu that is hidden it does the hang.

Hmm really strange. It should have no relation to menu. Maybe there's any other plugin enabled on that page with hidden menu? Also, can you try to switch the template into the default one on that page to see if this related to template or something else.

Hi, I'm unable to enter the website, it's protected by .htaccess.
How about using default module position (not the load module tag). Does the issue remain?

I tried entering login details and instructions in "your site details" but it disappears when I save. I could pm you? I'll try the module position. Also where can I find the component ID? Perhaps I could add it in that way.

you can use the ftp username and pwd for the htaccess username and password.
    I'll try the module position
    Did it work?
Also where can I find the component ID? Perhaps I could add it in that way.

I'm not really sure, what component id did you mean?

Can I personal message you the login details to my site? This is not helpful going back and forth like this without resolution. What do you mean it is protected by htaccess? I provided username and password in "site details" but it did not get to you?

See Optional extra info: for detail. Sorry, I gave the incorrect info previously. Also, the ticket said resolved, so I marked it as unresolved. Then I received an email saying that It was marked as resolved. I tried load position and still receive the "hanging" problem.

I have disabled all module insert plugins in the backend. See screenshot "modules". If you go to the site frontend and then click on the "Landing" menu you will see the screenshot "Landingmoduledisabled". If you click on the circled "buy now" button, you will see the page "articlehiddenmenu". Notice the short code for inserting the module in the article. That is because plugin "modules anywhere" is disabled. Then going in the backend and enabling the modules anywhere plugin as shown in the screenshot "pluginmoduleenabled" you will then get the error. (note: any of these plugins including the default joomla "load module" cause an error. I just chose this one). Once these are enabled, and have the site setup with a hidden menu that includes a load module of the mini-frontpage, you cannot get to any page that has the mini-frontpage on it. The landing page throws an error with the mini front page component in it, and so does the hidden menu article page. The new error can be seen on screenshot "error". Again, I included backend login in site details below.

Anyway are you using Module Anywhere plugin to insert the module? What about using regular module position as I mentioned above? Have you tried it already?

Yes I have tried the regular module position, and the error has changed from hanging as a timeout error. Maybe the server decided to handle it differently. I'm pretty sure that it is not because of memory. Something to do with the hidden menu. It will work on non hidden menus.
