    Nothing has changed with the setting you indicated to me.

    It doesn't matter, but I assume if you have entered good morning, good afternoon and good evening messages, I assume they are associated with a module time. If this is how I think nun can say for example. good afternoon if I have to say good evening.

    You can try to change the Website Time Zone setting to you timezone, or, simply adjust the Online and End starting time suit to your local time.

    Regarding greetings (good morning, evening etc), it will be calculated from visitor localtime (detected using javascript), not from the module / server time.

    Thank you for your request, I take this opportunity right away.
    I tried sending emails offline. Is it normal for email to go into spam?

    The whatsapp module using the standard joomla mailing function (the same function that is used to send registration confirmation emails) so it will depends on what mailer settings you have on your Global Configuration. If registration email of your website go to spam then the whatsapp module email will likely go to spam too.

    Sorry I need to know one more thing. Should the telephone number be entered with the international prefix? es. Italy +3912345678910 and so?

    I try to send a message from my phone, I reply: the phone number +3400000000 is not on whatsapp. the number entered in the form is in this format 3400000000.

    Anyway I was just testing the module mail form, and send it to my email and it didn't go to my spam box.
    I think the previous problem is because you are using the same email for both of sender and recipient, and that behaviour will be suspected as a spam by your email service

    The person who makes the request by email, as a reminder

    Ah I see. The module indeed doesn't send the copy to the person who makes the request. We just want to keep it simple.

    If you want that feature, you can try to add this line of code :
    $recipient = array($recipient, $_POST["rp_email"]);

    in the file ../modules/mod_whatsapp_agent/tmpl/default.php at line 394 before the code :
    $mailSender->addRecipient($recipient);

    Update : I'm updating the code code because previous code will send email to both sender and recipient, not to user.

    Anyway, if you don't mind, can you please leave the module a rate in JED? https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/whatsapp-multi-agent/
    That will help us much. Thank you!
