Hi Could you let me know the URL of your site so I can take a look? Also what settings you have on the backend?

You can download it here https://www.templateplazza.com/items/mini-frontpage-joomla-module Unzip the file first, then you will see the Joomla 3.x version after it's extracted.
Simply reinstall it trough your joomla administrator page

Remembering I had installed the version joomla 3.x and description of the module appears 2.2.0, you just download and install is for joomla 3.x and appears as 2,2,3, but the problem persists.

Is it possible for you to provide temporary access to your website so I can check it by myself? If it's possible you can enter the details using the "You Site Details" tab below. Only support team who are able to see that.

Hi, I have entered to your administrator page and found that this is related to introtext, when I set the introtext limit to 0 then the module is working properly. It looks like this is something related to non-latin character(spanish) you have on your articles or something related to mb_substring function support on your server. Unfortunately I'm unable to find solution for this as it looks like the problem is specific to your environtment / installation ( I can't replicate the issue on my local computer). Really sorry about that.

Ready, thank you very much. I do not understand what to introtext. You have any recommendations? or suspected something specific ?.
The module worked well a good time.

Wow, really strange. It works properly now. Did you change anything on your website? Did you add a new content?
    • carfaja - more than a month ago
I have not added anything, but I think the hosting provider restored a backup and changed the version of PHP, I think, are my own conjectures
