Related Items extended conflict with Joomla update 3.5.1

Hello,

I've been using your nice extension since 2 years and already experienced some issues (some keywoards were causing infinite php loops and internal server errors). Unfortunately you couldn't solve the issue but I managed to remove/change the keywords causing the troubles case by case.
This worked fine till last week when I updated the site to joomla 3.5.1.
Then, like 50% of my website pages generated internal server errors :-(
Thanks to the server logs I could see that your extension was creating the problem and had to deactive it.
If you want I can communicate the server logs if you want to investigate a but further.
I'm using on the website the extension in version 1.3

Best regards
Arnaud

Hi Arnaud, The version you're using (1.3) is an outdated one as the current version is 1.5.2
But, sure, could you send me the sample of log via email to support at templateplazza dot com please?
    Thanks

Yes and thanks for that. I tried it and answered by email.
The installation is fine but leads exactly to same loop and finally generates a internal server error.
I removed all the keywords in the articles generating the errors and then the problem stops.

And in the log error does it show some conflict with any of my modules/components ? I'm not an expert nor a developper but I could see that it may be related to cache management... no clue ?
    Thanks

    Hi arnaud,
Yes still no clue for now :( . Sorry about that, but the issue too specific to your web / installation and I'm unable to replicate the issue on my computer.
I don't think it's about cache management, but rather thinking about the thumbnail generation process. It's maybe because from the server aspects too, eg. the GD library on your server or memory allocation etc . Or maybe something else too.

If you want to, try to clone your live website installation to localhost, and check it whether it works or not on your local computer.
